A trip to Iskandar Malaysia

I went for a short company trip to Iskandar Malaysia 2 days back.

woke up much earlier than usual...
Look at how i look you can guess how slag I was..
But not bad, a quite fruitful trip.

In case you are not sure about Iskandar; it is located at the main southern development corridor in Johor, Malaysia. The development region encompasses an area of 2,217 square kilometers covering the city of Johor Bahru and the adjoining towns of Pontian, Senai, Pasir Gudang and the construction of a new administrative capital in Nusajaya.

Sounded very complicated because I copied from wiki. In conclusion, it is a huge piece of land in Malaysia that is open to high-end developments. So expect it to be a very atas place in the coming years. Ya.. Lego Land is around the corner too!

To me, I am not so concern of its returns because I am not a very finance or investment person. I am also not concern of its security and facilities because I don’t see myself earning enough or wanting to stay there.

I just see it as a place where the rich will get richer.
The millionaires and smart investors and developers will love this place.

But I don’t because….
I feel that these developments will gather all the richs and thus increased the distance between the poorer and the richer. The money cycle will slow down, the money won’t reach. To me, it is depressing.

Maybe you can say that average family-me is just jealous because I am not up to that kind of stylish. I won’t throwaway this possibility, I believe there is still a level of sadies in me that back up this thinking. But I also believe is my arrival as a commoner gives me a better opportunity to see certain things in a difference way, or rather… a more mankind way.
